Do you think they would maintain the M19 sound?

i think the depth of the offset in the upper 811 horn enclosure may
result in some early reflections if not lined with felt/foam/something.....


but it's all 100% speculation on my part...

I was going to say the same. But that could be easily changed if a guy were to build his own.
I like it! I see no reason they wouldn't sound the same. The 19 is a bass reflex. No magic there.
